Description	: The Crime in Civville is out of control. You can either
take the side of the Police to stomp it out, or take
the side of the Gangsters and Mobsters to spread the
		  Crime throughout the city.
Credits : Maxis, makers of Sim City 2k, for some graphics...
		  Civilization II Central
		  Michael D. McCart's Allunits pack
		  Microprose, for wonderful Civ2
 		  Bill Auclair's Earchives (www.5g.com/earchives)
		  The Almighty Gerbil, For playtesting
		  And myself, DarthVeda
And By the Way : DO NOT rob this scenario of its Graphics, please,
ask me if you can use them before you go ahead and use
them anyway. They all took a long time to make on my part
and other people's part (namely me, considering I had to
do a bunch of tailoring work to fit them in.)

Technical stuff...

New Units	: Yes (Loads and Loads of New Units)
New Graphics	: Yes (An Army of New Graphics)
New Maps	: Yes (Of course... all good scenarios have a new map...)
New Sounds	: Yes (Completely Replaced [almost])

New Techs	: Yes (An entirely uprooted Tech Tree)
Scenario	: Yes (Didn't I already say that?)

Tech Paradigm	: 1000/10 (100 times harder to receive advace)
Turns per Year : 12 (12 months)

Even more technical stuff...

Made with	: Microprose's CivII cheat mode, map editor,
Notepad (Microsoft), Cool Edit 96 (Syntrillium),
		  and Paint Shop Pro (JASC)
Build Time	: 1.0b/1.09 -- 20 days of July '98

How to play this amazing scenario:
1. Make sure you have Civilization II: Fantastic Worlds
because if you do not, this scenario will not work properly.
2. Make a directory called "Gangwars" in your mps\civ2\scenario directory
3. Put the zip file (gangwars.zip) into your mps\civ2\scenario\gangwars
directory and unzip it there (it will do the directories itself.)
NOTE: To unzip files you will need an unzipper, preferably WINZIP
	(http://www.winzip.com)
4. Now, start Civiliztion II and click 'being new scenario' double click
on the 'scenario' directory and then do the same on the wcommand
     directory
5. Now, select the file 'gangwars.scn' and click 'ok' to play.
